LICENCE TO OPERATE A FORKLIFT TRUCK
TLILIC0003
This accredited Forklift Training Course is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a forklift truck safely and effectively. The course aligns with the national unit of competency TLILIC0003 – Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck.
The program spans three days, comprising two days of comprehensive training followed by one day dedicated to assessment.
Participants must be at least 18 years old

Content:
- Planning and preparing for forklift operations
- Conducting routine checks on the forklift trucks
- Safely shifting loads
- Shutting down and securing the forklift after use
- Classroom participation
- Written and practical assessment
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 – Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck. This certification is nationally recognised and enables participants to apply for a High Risk Work Licence (Class LF), authorising them to operate forklift trucks across Australia.
