The Traffic Management Implementation course provides the skills and knowledge required to implement a traffic guidance scheme for roadworks ensuring traffic flow is maintained and the safety of the public and workers is maximised.  The Department of Transport and Main Roads has approved training providers for this program.

Your Traffic Management Implementation qualification must be renewed every 3 years prior to expiry if the holder wishes to continue the role of Traffic Management duties.

To be issued with the Traffic Management Implementation Card‚ you MUST complete the Working in Proximity to Traffic Awareness Part 1 & 2 through the Department of Main Roads.

On successful completion of this course including the practical component, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS302E – Implement Traffic Management Plan along with an approved Department of Transport and Main Roads wallet card.

Setups can be conducted at the Civil Train facility for an additional fee of $150.
